Agnes Lauer has been practicing as an attorney in all fields of intellectual property law and in particular in patent law for many years. She advises on patent law as well as on utility model law, in particular on infringement actions in all technical fields with a focus on telecommunications, electronics, mechanical engineering and biotech. Additionally, she is highly experienced in employee invention law, patent vindication and licensing.

She studied law in Passau and Munich from 1998 until 2005. After her studies, she worked with a leading Canadian law firm in Toronto and was part of the Intellectual Property Group. Before joining AMPERSAND, she practiced law over 15 years in well-known law firms specialized in IP.

She is part of the patent law practice of AMPERSAND since 2020.
