Carolin Becker advises clients in all areas of intellectual property law with a strong focus on patent law. Here, she advises and represents national and international companies, with key expertise in patent infringement proceedings. Her technical specialization lies in the fields of biotechnology, mechanical and electrical engineering, pharmaceuticals and information technology.

Carolin Becker studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University in Heidelberg, where she gained experience in IP law during a semester-long internship. Following her first state examination, she then completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. During which, she worked, among others, in the legal department of a renowned, international publishing house and a pharma & life sciences boutique before being admitted to the German Bar in 2022.

She joined AMPERSAND as an attorney at the beginning of 2023.
