Dr. Daniel Kaboth is a certified specialist lawyer for information technology law and media and copyright law. He advised in the fields of IT, data protection and e-commerce as well as IP licensing and on general terms and conditions. Further areas of expertise lie in copyrght and media law including all digital and social media. Furthermore, he lies another focus on unfair competition law and all related legal areas. He advised and represents his clients both in contractual and out of court matters as well as court and arbitration proceedings.

He studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich and received his doctorate degree from Regensburg University (Prof. Gottwald). He was admitted to the bar in 1998. After working for two large German firms, he joined AMPERSAND as partner in 2015. He is a member of GRUR and LES.
