

Emily Peller advises in all areas of Intellectual Property with a focus on patent law. There, her technical specialization includes in particular the fields of telecommunications, information technology, electrical and mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals as well as biotechnology.
She studied law with a focus on information and communication law at the Universities of Passau and Nantes, France. She then completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with stations, among others, in the legal department of one of the largest media groups in Germany.
Prior to her admission to the bar in 2020, she worked, inter alia, as a research assistant in the IP team of a major international law firm in Munich and most recently completed the master’s program “International Studies in Intellectual Property Law” at the Technical University of Dresden in Dresden and Prague. She is also pursuing a doctoral degree on a patent law topic in the field of biotechnology. She joined AMPERSAND as an attorney in 2020.
