

Philipp Neels advises in all matters of industrial property with a main focus on patent and utility model law.
His legal practice focuses in particular on infringement actions before German courts. His expertise includes the coordination and conducting of cross-border patent litigations and arbitration proceedings.
Philipp Neels was admitted to the bar in 2007. He obtained his Master of Laws at the University of Sydney, Australia, with a focus on international IP-law in 2006. Since 2022 he is an Associate Member of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
As a lawyer, he started at an international law firm in the practice group “Patents and Knowhow” and then worked for several years as partner and head of the litigation department at a Munich based patent law firm. Philipp Neels is Member of GRUR, AIPPI, ICC, DIS and CIArb.
