Emily Peller advises in all areas of intellectual property with a focus on patent law. Her technical specialization includes in particular the fields of telecommunications, information technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
She studied law with a focus on information and communications law at the Universities of Passau and Nantes, France. She then completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, where she worked in the legal department of one of the largest German media groups.
Before her admission to the bar in 2020, she worked as a research assistant in the IP team of a major international law firm in Munich and most recently completed the Master's program "International Studies in Intellectual Property Law" at the Technical University of Dresden in Dresden and Prague. She is also doing her doctorate on a patent law topic in the field of biotechnology. She has been an attorney at AMPERSAND since 2020.
